Not only does Deb help organizations Battle Burnout, she also works alongside nonprofit organizations, providing workshops and training to increase organizational development and governance.
Deb’s professional experience includes workplace training on bullying/harassment, nonprofit branding perspectives and networking. She has experience in administrative and executive support, leadership, office management, project management, technology, organization, customer focus and networking. Her project management experience includes strategic planning for, and overall management of, Skype initiatives; managing fiscal budgets up to $100,000; tracking compliance on a $1 million grant, including interdepartmental coordination; and management of business operations for a commercial janitorial business.
Deb has helped many organizations, including Kappa Gamma Pi, St. Richard’s Parish, West Fulton Horse Masters, Harry Hughes Equine Center, Lourdes University and Harbor House 300 Beds.
